Cap Lining

Snowline incorporates three lines of efficient, high speed, cap lining equipment. Current tooling allows us to line a wide variety of closure sizes ranging from 13mm to 120mm.

Snowline has tri-tab configurations for popular sizes such as 24mm, 28mm, 38mm and 43mm. A quick turnaround time for new tooling sizes allow for Snowline to add specific liner sizes in a timely fashion. 

Snowline stocks a variety of lining materials from all major material manufacturers; pressure sensitive, easy-peel induction, weld-seal induction and Lift-n-Peel™. Material specifications and MSDS sheets are available by contacting us or you may click on the links to the right.

Snowline is also your one-stop-shopping for high speed and automated closure hot-stamping and foil deco. Snowline has a wide range of available size options including, but not limited to, 20-410 disc top caps to 2" diameter tube caps and large over-shells.
